Tod is the founder and CEO of NuWood Creations, Inc., having spent 20 years in various leadership roles in lean manufacturing and distribution. Tod takes a hands-on approach to every project, personally monitoring progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Known for his proactive mindset, he anticipates challenges before they arise and always comes prepared with solutions. Rebekka grew up in a family of architects, earning her architectural degree in Germany, followed by continuing education in Italy.
